Back Pain Treatment in Bridgend

Expert Chiropractic Care for Back Pain

Back pain is one of the most common reasons people seek healthcare, affecting people of all ages and activity levels. Whether your symptoms started suddenly after lifting, developed gradually from prolonged sitting, or are related to sport or exercise, back pain can have a significant impact on your daily life.

At DT Chiropractic, we provide evidence-based chiropractic care for patients in Bridgend and the surrounding areas. Our aim is to identify the cause of your pain, reduce symptoms, improve movement, and help you return to the activities that matter most to you.

Common Causes of Back Pain

Back pain can arise from a variety of structures within the spine and surrounding tissues. Common causes include:

  • Muscle strains and ligament sprains

  • Joint irritation and stiffness

  • Disc-related problems

  • Sciatica and nerve irritation

  • Poor posture and prolonged sitting

  • Sports and exercise injuries

  • Repetitive workplace activities

  • Age-related changes in the spine

Many episodes of back pain improve with the right advice, exercise, and appropriate treatment. Early assessment can help reduce the likelihood of symptoms becoming persistent.
